Prayer Request - 1

Her name is Mrs. Siralachi Rai and she is 70 years old. She is suffering with ailments related to kidney and liver. Doctors has lost the hope for her cure. On 12th March, her family called me to pray for her.

We went to her house and prayed for her healing after reading the portion of scripture and sharing the Gospel. I request each one of you to take time to pray for her. If God would heal her, it would be a living testimony in our village and a big break through among people where people disrespect the name of Christ often saying it is a god of Englishmen and we have do nothing with him.

Please pray for her and us as well. Every day we are going, reading scripture and praying for her.

Thank you so much for your prayers. We are sad to inform you that Mrs. Siralachi Rai died peacefully around 10 o'clock in morning today. Pray for the bereaved family who has heard the Gospel and Word of God, they may believe the Lord days to come.

Indian women especially Hindus have custom to wearing a round, red mark between the eyebrows. My Hope in CHRIST!

“… Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, and you are mine.” (Isaiah 43:1) I am Reena Devi Khatri from Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. I was born and brought up in a Hindu family. My aunty Mrs. Prem Devi, who worked in Manali Mission Hospital till her retirement, is the first believer in our family. She used to come to us and to share about Jesus Christ. While I was 12 years old, I began to attend a house fellowship which was being conducted in nearby our village in Patlikulha. But my father opposed me to go there. That’s why I faced opposition even from my relatives.  I used to go fellowship for Sunday service without telling to my family.
